Neil
Willis
(Chairman
&
Observer)
As
the
current
Chairman
of
NAB
it
is
my
role
to
chair
committee
meetings
&
provide
a
lead
for
the
club`s
structure.
My
prime
objective
is
to
ensure
we
have
a
good,
organised
and
friendly
club.
We
want
to
provide
a
good
quality
club
with
a
high
standard
of
training
from
our
Observers
-
we
want
the
best
from
our
Associates
and
to
develop
their
skills
to
test
&
beyond
-
but
most
of
all
to
enjoy
doing
it
!
We
have
a
committed
&
approachable
training
team
led
by
a
highly
qualified
&
experienced
training

Futura.
Why IAM Observer ? - to put my own
experience
and
training
to
good
cause
as
you
never
stop
learning.
I
prefer
to
think
of
it
as
`development`
as
opposed
to
training.
Personally
I
just
want
to
help
save
lives,
keep
my
own
skills
up
to
date
and
have
plenty
of
fun
along
the
way.
Occupation

the
years
I
have
taught
many
students
whose
experience
and
ability
range
from
total
novice
to
advanced
level.
I
have
learnt
that
riding
a
bike
to
a
high
standard
is
achievable
for
anyone
who
has
the
desire.
Why
not
give
it
a
go
?
Make
yourself
safer
and
have
some
fun
!

Being
an

lets
me
see
associates
develop
their
own
riding,
but
also
gives
me
a
reason
to
keep
my
skills
at
the
right
level
and
stay
safe.

a
few
years
despite
my
own

keen
to
encourage

me
it`s
all
about
education,
safety
and
having
some
fun
along
the
way.
I
am
also
a
