Observers

 [Training] [IAM Test] [FAQ's]

Who are these guys ?....

The Observers are the back-bone of every Group and are essential to the whole process. Without them the Groups would not be able to function, and without the Groups, the IAM itself would not exist in its current format.

Observers are Associate members who have gone through the training process, passed their Advanced Tests to a good standard, and have then decided to volunteer their services within their respective Groups.

They have undergone further training to become Observers to enable them to pass on their new-found skills and knowledge to new Associates.

The Observers give up their time to do this freely, they are unpaid volunteers giving something back to their Clubs.

Many find that in doing so they find that it helps them to maintain their own standards of knowledge and riding, as they have to keep themselves "switched on" to assist their Associates.

They will be allocated individually to new Associates and remain with them throughout their training, so that an effective and productive relationship is formed.

Observers use their own bikes for this role and will follow behind the Associate and "observe" and guide them as required.

The Observers are there for YOU (the Associates) - so make full use of them and squeeze every last drop of knowledge out of them before you have finished with them !
